Julianne and Eddie were wonderful. My mom was selling her house of 21 years to move to Independent Living. They both were patient and so kind answering my mom's questions that she had. They were in contact as needed and kept us in the loop to keep us in the loop. We sold in 3 days. If you need a realator contact tha Martinez team! I have already referred them to a friend.

Eddie goes above and beyond for every sale. I've now sold one house, and bought another, with Eddie's assistance. NO ONE knows Ahwatukee, Tempe and Chandler better than Eddie.
