I posted a review a while back but am not seeing so I’m posting again for anyone who is looking for a fantastic realtor who knows the Myrtle Beach area. Eddie went above and beyond during the pandemic to help us find our home, it was a tricker time to find what we were looking for but he stuck with us. Eddie and Julie are true southern sweethearts that will have your best interest at heart. I highly suggest the Boyd Team if you are relocating or just moving within the area.

Great experience! Eddie & Julie covered all the details and take the stress out of the buying and moving process. Eddie was highly recommended by a family friend, and they were right Eddie is great. Turns out Eddie and Julie knew my mother who owned Ryder Realty in Little River before she passed, small world, this made us Smile knowing mom was watching over us. I will be sending all my Jersey friends to Eddie Julie and the Boyd team when they move to the Beach!
