I would like to send a warm appreciation review to Izaiah Jackey that works in the Service Department. Long story short, I had my vehicle in there multiple times to figure out an issue. 3rd time was a charm as Izaiah went the extra mile to dissect old notes from prior services and review my vehicle himself which wasn't his job.
