Took my F150 Tremor in for service last week. Issue was already diagnosed and I was under warranty, so this information was provided to the dealership with the Technical Service Bulletin from Ford. They call me the next day and say we just rotated your tires and it’s slightly improved. I asked them why they would rotate my tires when the EIWE is bad and causing the noise at the hub. July 24th I had my Jeep Galdiator in the service deptment being checked out for steering issues and noises. I left it there while on vacation. A week later they hadn't even looked at it. Another week went by and finally they had evaluated what was wrong. It was drive link and tie rods needing replaced. This was going to cost me over $1500. Love the f150 but absolutely disgusted with the service department. Unsure if the service department doesn't care or just don't know what they are doing, back again and as usual the service department has no idea what they are doing or any idea as to what the should do to fix the problem let alone any idea what customer service is
