Was spending a few hundred dollars on Christmas gifts and the employee Jenn asked my 6 year old son to stop touching the touch pad for the credit card as we were checking out. He did it again (we’ve been shopping all day and his attention span was done) and she scolded him again. I asked what was the problem and she sarcastically said “Well does he have a credit card?” Next time speak with the parent and not the child, Jenn.
Customer service is slim to none, manager and his employees chat by register and do not greet or provide help/service for shopping customers. Save your time and money and shop online for same products and cheaper price as well.
