Always a pleasure to shop at Eddie Bauer's Outlet. Particularly for the sales. Came back with a nice $300 coat for less than $100. Had good reason to be happy.
Great experience. I found a winter coat on sale, but they didn't have it in my size. An associate was able to order the coat in my size to arrive at my home at the sale price. I got it within a few days. I am very pleased with this service.
I'm giving a one star because I can't rate any lower. I made a online purchase with a total cost over $300 and I got 3 different shipments and all wrong items some of the stuff didn't even have tags. Wrong sizes wrong colors wrong items. It's highly disappointing because I wanted what I ordered and was excited for it. Then I have to sit on the phone and argue over why I shouldn't have to pay for a return lable when the mess up was on the packing end not mine. I was on the phone for almost a hour.
