I purchased clothing online. I returned some of the clothing. I have a UPS document stating Eddie Bauer received the package, however, Eddie Bauer has not refunded me the money. Every customer service representative says I should be receiving a refund soon. I opened an investigation of the charges with American Express. This place is AMAZING! The staff are so helpful, the store is organized very well and the sales are absolutely incredible. My husband and I always find great things! It’s our favorite place to shop!
I have always had good experiences with their products. However, this Christmas has not been a good experience. I ordered items that said "in stock" and were to arrive by Christmas.3 of the 5 items came. 2 will not get here until 28 Dec. I received shipment notice for 1st 2 items 4 days after they arrived.
