I went to get my TCM programmed, but I guess my TCM was bad when I got it so I’m not getting a TCM but when they program it and it didn’t work, they suggest to replace a whole transmission when that wasn’t a problem. These guys don’t know what they’re talking about and I will never take my vehicles there again. I would start taking my vehicles to a real transmission shop.
I had to have my car towed so the police contacted them to pick it up and after weeks they never contacted once and I was left clueless until I went over there the other day where then they told me all the towing charges added up to 1500$. No communication whatsoever and they charged over 300$ (over triple any other shop) for the tow alone half a mile down the road. Overpriced and no communication is a 1 star establishment to me.
Can’t thank Ronnie Rogers and his team at Edd Rogers CHEVROLET enough for taking great care of my car! Called up Ronnie needed an oil change and check why my car had a bad gas smell.Ronnie got me in and got my car taken care of no more gas smell. Thankful for our local dealership who will help those in the community and give them the peace of mind.
Our son purchased a used Ford, about a week and a half ago. We’re not talking a $5-10,000 vehicle. We’re talking a $45,000 vehicle. Day 6 of having said vehicle, it was over-heating. My husband reached out to the dealership where he got no help At all. Basically he was told there was no warranty and they wouldn’t fix it. Is this the kind of business you want to do business with?
