Struggling with their service. Can’t seem to get a simple call back from the manager after 4 attempts. They installed a brand new unit last year that broke down last Thursday (yes, on Thanksgiving) and replacement parts will not be available until 2nd week of December. No a/c for 2 plus weeks in SoFla IN NOVEMBER on a new unit and no response from management??? #hotandbothered

Hello Erika, We have reviewed your service calls and listened to the recording of the calls. New unit installations have a 1 year labor warrnty provided by Edd Helms during normal business hours, which is listed on the contract that we have with the owner of the property. The unit was installed more than a year ago. The 10 year warranty for parts is provided by the unit manufacturer.
