Receptionist is very rude, and unprofessional. I called to reschedule my appointment and she thought is was appropriate to yell when I made a suggestion regarding me rescheduling my appointment.
Secretary was rude and condescending. I called for a reason which was to make an appointment but instead i got hung up on after addressing her lack of professionalism. I have been a patient for years but this call has me more upset than i was prior. Thanks
They are very unprofessional. Very incompetent. I see anyone can get a degree and a license to practice huh. I wish I could post a screenshot of a very unprofessional email he has sent to me yesterday.
