Their IOP falls short on supporting people with binge eating disorders. They focus more on restriction/anorexia than they do with lessening binge behaviors. I spent 2 months in virtual IOP to come to the conclusion that their model of "food freedom" led me to gain 16 lbs in 2 months. If you're looking for a residential program that will let you still engage in eating disorder behaviors then this is the place for you. I watched a girl restrict all her meals, snacks, and even water for a full week before they finally sent her to ERC due to being unable/unwilling to do better to help their patients. They say the goal is 100% completion but if you don't complete your meals, they make you supplement, but they don't even make you finish that.
