As a first time patient, the staff and Dr. Shapiro were excellent. Dr. Shapiro listened to me and quickly developed a plan of action. Dr. Shapiro explained the plan to me in detail. Dr. Shapiro was quick and concise. I appreciated and thank Dr. Shapiro and the front line staff for the quick appointment date. Thank you and God Bless Dr. Shapiro and Staff.
Dr. Shapiro was great. He explained to me the next step. He stated that he needed to have my procedure Thursday or Friday bc my kidney stone is blocking my kidney. Only thing it’s Wednesday, July 15th and they can’t get me in the OR for procedure until Tuesday July 21st. Only issue I have is I’ve been trying to pass the stone for 1 1/2 weeks. I prefer not to be hurting until the 21st but there is nothing he can do. Being able to get it out sooner was what we discussed. He did provide me with some other meds which I’m gratefu... read more
