Not sure about there customer service policy This Spa is located off Chipman road in Lees Summit,Missouri.I was given a gift card to there spa for my birthday.In the meantime the owners filed bankrupcy and they were bought by new owners.When I went to redeem my gift certificate I was told since it was bought prior to the new owners they would only value it at 50%.So the person who bought me the gift card wasted 50% of what they spent and I had to pay the difference. I dont think there customer service policys are very good.
