We were having problems with our washing machine. Called Wright and his service man came. In a very short time (less than 5 minutes he said the tub was broken. We were charged $85 dollars. had to get an evaluation from an approved samsung repair man to collect on the warranty. He came from De Supertech appliance repair and gave us a different diagnosis in over 1 hour of testing. We submitted the paperwork and collected. Asked for my money back from Wright for the wrong information and have received nothing Joe Petrowski
Had the best experience with an appliance repair company that I ever have. Jason gave a courtesy call 45 minutes before arriving and was friendly, clean, and educated. Our freezer was not producing ice and with 10 minutes he found the problem and about 30 minutes later he was putting things back together. Was so impressed with how quickly he worked and how educated he was. Pleasure to work with and will use again when a problem arises. Thank you!
Highly recommend! I highly recommend! very helpful, knowledgeable & full of integrity. Wont cheat you or talk you into something you don't need. Does what needs to be done after accurately and properly diagnosing the problem. If you need a repair or replacement these are the guys to call.
Need a good honest appliance guy? Ed Wright is the service man for you! He's been to my house a couple time, both times he could have told me I needed a new part when the non-working part only needed a simple fix. Well worth the service call fee! Thanks Ed!
