I’d say the worst Dealership in Northern California. You’ll get red carpet treatment all the way up until you sign the contract. After that they will shuffle you around passive aggressive salesman, ignore the promises made, ignore calls, go back on the deals they made the previous day. I bought two cars in two days and they couldn’t care less about helping us with the promised service plan, removing the 3rd party tracking device that they charged $1800 for and we do not even want on the car. This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever encountered. You guys took my truck to fix it and made it worse. I regret ever buying a truck from you guys, I would never recommend you to my worst enemy. Once I get another auto body shop to look at and list out all the issues you have caused including my doors not opening correctly I’m turning you into whoever I need to have this fixed. Waste of my time dealing with you, your whole company is nothing but a bunch of crooks.
Poor communication skills
Our recall service was handled quickly and efficiently. Michael Campanella the service manager was very nice, and made sure to investigate the problem and get the necessary parts fast. My experience was that everyone from the receptionist, management and technician was knowledgeable and professional. We appreciate you!!
