This is my second time working with Kyle in the service department at Whittier Ford, and once again he made the experience smooth and stress-free. Dealership visits can sometimes feel intimidating, but not when working with Kyle. Before purchasing a used vehicle we were advised that their mechanics had done a full inspection. After purchasing we discovered that to be false and now our new car sits in the shop for the 2nd time, 3k in repairs and salesman has completely ghosted us.Don't trust this place.
Service department is helpful but the financial department is ABSOLUTE TRASH. I've been driving a brand new car for over 2 months and they don't even have a loan drafted for me yet. The bank points their finger at the dealer and the dealer points it right back at them. Seeking legal advice.
I’m a little late leaving this review — my vehicle was repaired on February 19th — but I still wanted to make sure the service team got the recognition they deserve. After years of bringing my Honda and Chevy truck here with mostly good service they dropped the ball big time. My truck had whiningand grinding sounds coming from the rear. I brought it in for a diagnostic. They told me the whining came from the front wheel bearings. I asked them to double check there was nothing wrong with the rear. They said apart from a rear differential leak and worn struts, the rear end was fine and the whining and grinding was definitely from worn out parts in the front.
