Negligent and disturbing. They were like, "which key was yours again?" 🤦 Then they "fixed" the battery hookup and said that was the stater problem, nope, the starter is still the problem and it cost an arm and a leg to still have the problem. Not straightforward. A friend also doesn't like the place.

I’d say the worst Dealership in Northern California. You’ll get red carpet treatment all the way up until you sign the contract. After that they will shuffle you around passive aggressive salesman, ignore the promises made, ignore calls, go back on the deals they made the previous day. I bought two cars in two days and they couldn’t care less about helping us with the promised service plan, removing the 3rd party tracking device that they charged $1800 for and we do not even want on the car.
