Always a great experience. Lounge could have more comfortable chairs though. The ones along the wall should be around the tables, and new more comfortable ones placed along the wall. Placing metal outdoor patio furniture in your lounge as tables and chairs was obviously not a woman's choice.
After years of bringing my Honda and Chevy truck here with mostly good service they dropped the ball big time. My truck had whiningand grinding sounds coming from the rear. I brought it in for a diagnostic. They told me the whining came from the front wheel bearings. I asked them to double check there was nothing wrong with the rear. They said apart from a rear differential leak and worn struts, the rear end was fine and the whining and grinding was definitely from worn out parts in the front.
