I almost 0never give a 5 star rating so 4 stars is very good! The sales team was attentive and professional. But there were two minor electrical issues that I discovered after receipt of the truck. Service was able to quickly remedy one of them but the second required ordering a part. Personally you would think that when you pay close to $80,000.00 for a vehicle every single function would have been thoroughly checked before handing it over to the customer especially when it was a 200 mile round trip every time they needed t... read more
The Service Department, and especially Jewell, are amazing. I was having car trouble while visiting family in the area, and Jewell took the time to look at my car to help me get home and take my daughter to the doctor even though they were booked solid. He was able to fix my problem and save me money, which was a nice bonus!
