Service is most definitely 5 stars. We were disappointed with food. Our group had the following to go order French Dip, Reuben, Hot Beef Sandwich, Chili cheese fries, and a Chocolate malt.

there was a piece of card board in my french dip sandwich. the chicken and dumplings had no flavor. and the chilli tasted watered down. I used to love this place.. not so sure anymore
