My car has now been at Ed Voyles Hyundai for 8 days without even being looked at, despite being told the timeline would be 3–5 days. Not once did anyone proactively contact me with an update—I had to reach out myself. When I finally got a response, the explanation was vague and dismissive, with no concrete timeline given for when my vehicle would actually be diagnosed. This is unacceptable customer service. We recently found ourselves needing to replace one of our vehicles and settled on a Subaru Ascent Touring model, and 2022 seemed to be the year/price and mileage range that we decided on.
