I have been working with Ed for over 13 years. He has inspected my personal home and investment properties for me numerous times, and also performed inspections for my friends and family. Ed is beyond thorough. Whether you are buying or selling I would recommend Ed.
I am selling a house which Ed Sullivan inspected last week. I have an infant in my home, and am understandably very concerned about the coronavirus and possible health effects on my child and my family. To minimize risk to my family, Ed was instructed to wear a mask while inside my home. He refused to wear a mask while he was inside my home. Years ago, I used Ed to inspect my first home and I loved him so much, I just used him to inspect my second. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his clients. I would HIGHLY recommend Ed to anyone!
Ed did two inspections for me, he saved me from a nightmare house that didn't appear to have too many issues at first but he kept me far away from it. Ed is EXTREMELY detailed oriented, he is up front but very honest with you. He does things a bit old school but is very reachable and does an excellent job explaining things.
