I can't say enough good things about Ed. He was helpful, honest, kind, and always replied to me immediately, even on nights and weekends. We bought ahouse far from SouthShore Region mortgage, and my realtor cautioned me against using a non-local lender. Ed personally called my realtor and the seller's realtor to reassure them that there would be no problems. And there were no problems! Everything ran very smoothly, just as Ed promised. I will definitely return to Ed in the future if I need another mortgage or to refinance.
Ed and his team were beyond helpful and made buying our first home a great experience.
