Absolutely unprofessional, mechanic broke something in my engine then failed to properly fix it, thought a rag and JB weld would be sufficient. The part he broke is under pressure so not only did he fail to provide a guaranteed service but he lied and created a safety risk for my vehicle and my safety. I will make this publicly known.
Honestly, I was nervous about coming to a dealership for my car to be fixed. Other garages said they couldn’t help. In the end, it was the best customer service I have ever had. Pricing wasn’t bad at all! I would give them a discounted IT rate if they wanted lol :)
