I've been in therapy for over 14 years and am a HUGE proponent of self-discovery and reflection. I didn't start seeing Ed regularly until 2013 when I began marriage counseling. Ed is a wonderful therapist. He makes you feel completely safe and that you can open up about anything. He is very insightful and helps you realize very obvious things that you didn't know about yourself. I have been much happier and less anxious since having started seeing Ed. I highly recommend him to anyone, even if you just need someone to talk to.
