Grace Garcia was one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I've encountered. She was showing an open house recently. We came with our agent. She knew nothing about the home. We asked if there was carpet under the hardwood floors, she had no clue. She didn't know if there was a gas line in the street. Every response was sarcastic. An agent should have some grasp on this information if you're making commission on the house. I would have just chalked it up as a loss. But she rude too, especially to our agent.
