Since this company was taken over by Driver Heating and Plumbing, they have absolutely gone down hill. I called on a Monday with an air conditioning problem. The air handler was not blowing. They said they would be here Friday between 2 and 4. I called Friday morning to confirm appointment and she said they would be here. Installed my "Gas-Heat Pump" and did a verybgo9d job.
Have NOT received refund for a full Fan unit that I paid for September 23rd (ten) days ago. It only took 24 hours to charge my card. This is the second time a case has been miss diagnosed by the same Technician. Been doing business with the company for 20 years. I am Totally Concerned about my refund and Dissatisfied with the Service.
