Drove 1 hour and 14 minutes in torrential rain for a confirmed appointment and Mr. Parker NEVER CALLED/NEVER CAME- NO SHOW! At a minimum , thought I would have received an apology for the inconvenience but that has yet to happen. What a way to treat a 1st time customer!
