Participating in voter intimidation is not a thing a landlord should do. This landlord chose to do it anyway, threatening to DOUBLE rent if his presidential choice loses. This behavior is PATHETIC and deeply immoral. Do not move here or conduct business with this company.
This owner is actively using voter intimidation and anyone who has their rent increased due to a Biden win should take them to court immediately.
This landlord is horrible! He is attempting an illegal voter intimidation tactic with a letter of notification to all tenants, of a rent and utilities increase if Joe Biden wins the election. He needs to be reported to the state’s Attorney General!
