We buy bison from them and have been disappointed lately. A lot of the steaks and have silver skin and tendons. I cut it all off and was 5oz out of a 1.28 lb portion. That is just over $4 of the package!
I grew up around Ed, Deanna, Dave, and Kevin Nolz. Good people. Ed could do things with a Link Belt dragline that I've never seen anyone else do. If you need any dirt, crane, or culvert work done, they should be your first call.
We buy bison from these folks! And we LOVE IT! It is so good! I wish it wasn't so expensive or we would buy a whole from them!
