*I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICE DEPT* I SPENT $993.13 — and this is what I get — a FAULTY install of the electric rear tailgate button/piece (See pics). Worst service department. I set an appointment for them to check my engine light because it kept coming on and going off they told me that they could not check it unless it was on which is untrue it will hold a history of the codes even if it is off. I had a small oil leak and asked them to check it and was told it was leaking oil from every gasket if that was the case I would be putting oil in every day. Horrible customer service. I emailed Bob Viccica on July 6th and have not heard back. Such a shame I am buying a new car ... read more
