This service department has change in a good way. Service representatives are so nice and good with communication. Met the service manager which he was so professional, and always trying to find a solution for the problem . Had a transmission replaced besides other stuff. Great customer service
The proof of any retailer is what they provide after the sale. I am a 4th gen Ford man, and own 3 ford products: SVT Raptor F-150 and an Edge and Focus. I have always trusted the Ford Dealer foor service, always with great results. My car was 3 days old and unfortunately got a screw in my tire on my way to work. I limped it to this FORD dealership as it was a brand new FORD. The service department representative was as concerned and empathetic as a dead fish. I was lucky to get a service ride to my work.
