Amazing service rep and parts dept! Gabby was extremely helpful, professional and made me feel important as the customer. Also, Tyler in parts has hands down helped me on numerous occasions and is the sole reason I get my parts from this dealership. Super impressed with both of these employees! Tyler was the only reason I came back to the dealership (quit doing business while under previous owner) and this was only solidified more after my experience with Gabby the service advisor. Way to go Ed Morse!
Dylan Shelikh was superb from answering all my questions when I happened to be perusing the lot, assisting me through my trial, and making the jump to purchase! I absolutely love the vehicle and the improvement it has had on my life. He has called multiple times to check up on me and my vehicle, which means a lot to me. In addition, the ed Morse service team has been very accommodating. Really glad I chose to stop in one day to check out their lot!
Service department scheduling needs help! Only place I found that setting the earliest appointment time for an oil change means they will get to your vehicle after the walk-ins are taken care of first, those wishing to wait for their vehicle w/o appointments, (even though you dropped yours off) and they had it overnight, and their overuse of the excuse of corporate office adding more service appointments, and prioritizing their work load before your appointment to get done?
