Truthfully this was not what me and the wife expected when we made the appointment, they flipped us from something that we were upside down in and made it lower interest and with something with 100,000 less miles thanks to Luis and Tiffany and the ladies in the back we will be driving to vacation in style thank you so much man! 100000 PERCENT WOULD RECOMMEND!
The detailing of the cars and trucks needs to be much more thorough. When a customer pays good money for a vehicle, it should be cleaned completely—not just the parts you can easily see. That includes under the hood, the frame, and the entire underside. I recently purchased a 2022 2500, and, no joke, it had almost 3 to 4 inches of mud caked on the underside. We bought our new Chevy trailblazer SR at Ed Morse from Lance. He’s the greatest salesman ever was. He’s pretty cool and it’s a very nice vehicle. I found the truck I wanted on carguru.com. Contacted Trevor at your dealership. Made sure the truck was available and that the price was accurate. I directly asked the question, "No surprises when I get there, right?" When I arrived, I found that running boards and a tonneau cover had been added. Of course, you wanted more money. The process took WAY too long. The money was agreed upon ahead of time. It took 3 hours for something that should have taken about an hour.
