Time for oil change. Called to schedule appt. They offered to pick up and return vehicle after oil change and service. That was so helpful and I didn't miss any time from work. Thank you so much.
I was 250 miles into a 500-mile drive home (OK to IL) and my starter went out at the gas station. The receptionist helped me get a tow truck and got my suburban in as soon as it rolled off the tow truck. Very friendly. It made a very stressful situation not seem so bad.
