Ed Morse Chevrolet reminded me why I dislike car salesman. My salesman was named Matthew Durst. This was an out-of-state purchase, for a 2023 Ram 1500 (returned lease). I asked him at the outset if the vehicle was "clean" and he assured me that it was "inside and out." We went through the remote buying process and the truck was delivered, only to discover the previous owner was a smoker. Amazing process from start to finish. I don’t know where to start! First, I live about 900 miles away from Ed Morse in Red Bud. They had a great deal on a brand new Yukon that I could not pass up. The reviews on their dealership is what drove me to contact them. No pun intended :). I contacted Matt with their internet sales on a Sunday.
