The scheduler spent 10 minutes soliciting all the information, purpose of the visit (recall), name, address, email, phone number, alternate phone number (wife's) Vin #, make, model, year, drop off with my own transportation home after dropping off, etc., etc., etc. I scheduled the appointment at 11:00 but called earlier in the morning because a contractor pushed us back until 11:00.
