Awful business practices We were at the end stages of a cash purchase with this dealership , just waiting on delivery . We were then contacted and told they had sold to another buyer who were financing the vehicle ( more cash to them ) so they revoked on our sale . Disgusting dealership

You learn by experience.03/9/2023 I went to Ed Morse Cadillac of Tampa to purchase a car.found a car that I like it’s $38000 so the paperwork was all draw up to $44000,and I ask what the interest rate was? Salesman Daniel tells me that Mr. R******** will tell me all that.so I make to Mr. R******** office and he tells me the rate of 12.999 and the payments would be $864.The bank finance 44000 at 12.999 .Mr. R******** told me I can refinance the loan and get a better interest rate later down the line. as he’s going over the pa... read more

Bad Experience Our dealings with Ed Morse Cadillac have not been the best. After calling and talking to a Salesman about a car we had seen on the internet we were assured they had the vehicle We drove over 30 miles to find that the car on the sales lot was not the one on the internet as the Salesman had stated. Ended up buying the car but cost us additional money to get the features that were shown on the car in the ad. There was definately misrepresentation in the ad. Unethical Worst car purchasing experience of my life. Made an offer on a Cadillac which the sales manager, salesman and dealer manager all agreed to. Signed the papers and drove the car home. Went to file the contract the next day and found they had added on an additional $2,330.92 to my agreed upon offer and then added on another $689 delivery fee we agreed I would not pay and then added taxes to all this for another extra $181.20 for a total of $3,201.12 more than what I agreed to pay. Went to purchase a new vehicle, called twice, price advertised at 89k. Upon arrival I was informed of an additional 39k charge for car shortage. Absolutely vile! Salesmen informed me other people are paying it. I'm from detroit no additional charges on new cars there. Run from this dealership they are thieves!

Poor service. Terrible vehicle. They advocate for Cadillac and not the customer. Steer clear unless you have deep pockets.

Unfortunately Ed Morse is taking the brunt of poor customer support from GM. I have had my 2015 Cadillac ESV in for repair every 3 months. Items like the monitors, engine mounts, fuel injectors and more have been replaced. All were covered under warranty and my warranty was extended. That being said my Cadillac is still in for repair and it has now been over 1 MONTH! When working with GM direct they take days to respond. Wow, did not even want to sit down to try and work a deal. Ended up buying 2 30k SUVs and they did not want to try for a 24k single sale
