Some experience A few weeks ago, I visited Saturn of Brandon and tried to purchase a vehicle. This was my second trip there. The first time I wasnt happy about the way their GM, I think his name was Pete, approached me. He was very pushy. I was initially on the car lot and one of the sales people ask me if I needed assistance, I told him we just wanted to look for now so he backed off and was very nice about it. Great Service Recently visited the Saturn of Brandon and was supruised to be greeted by the General Manager. I think it is the first time I have every met a General Manager. Usually, they are off in some office somewhere. He was polite and got us a salesman who was very helpful. Saturn has some unbelieveable new vehicles and we are strongly considering one because of the service.
Bad prices, good product! Not very good prices, but the service was amazing. They sold us on our Saturn Vue and we love it! Our salesman is Jim, so if you have him, you will be leaving with a VUE. I wish I would have haggled the prices some though.
Great people to work with The Ed Morse dealerships are known for their customer service and wide variety of inventory. Their repeat customer base speaks for itself. Their service department has gone through some turn over, but has finally seemed to find the right mix of management and technicians to exceed the expectations of their customers. They are serious about providing exceptional service, which is evident by their follow up calls & customer opinion surveys.
Fantastic Service What a car dealership should be about...taking care of the customer! When my wife and I went there to purchase anew Cadillac, we were made to feel like we belonged in a luxury vehicle with the way the staff treated us. We can highly recomend this dealership to anyone and we will!
