Extremely Disappointing Experience While the salesman we worked with was polite and professional, that is unfortunately the only positive aspect of this experience. We were allowed to leave the dealership without receiving any paperwork, which is concerning on its own. More troubling, we were never informed that our $70,000 vehicle had not yet been approved by the bank—a detail one would reasonably assume is important before driving off the lot. My sales experience was great. Service experience not so great. They were supposed to tint my windows. They did not send it to the color that I wanted and lied about it so now I have to pay to have it removed and redone on my own.
Best car dealership experience ever, love gmc, dave fitzwater made the whole experience wonderful, fast and easy, best salesman ever, he was very professional and im looking forward to doing business with dave and gmc in the future.
