If I could give five stars, it would be solely for Dalton, the used car sales manager. He went above and beyond to get me a great deal on a truck. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was the complete opposite. William, the service manager, was extremely unpleasant to deal with. His demeanor and non-humorous sarcasm made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. Chris Molinari initially came across as very helpful, but it later became clear that his behavior was driven by trying to secure a $3,000 bonus. Buyers should be cautious—he will say and promise anything to make a sale, but those promises are not backed up afterward. Our buying experience from Coast was absolutely great, we wanted a particular truck that actually had just been sold. But, as we went to go check out vehicles came across one we absolutely liked. Dan "Buck" was fantastic and definitely one who we will go back to see when we are ready for our next purchase. He was personable, down to earth and understanding. Dan and Cliff were awesome as well as everyone else that was involved. Although they didnt have the exact truck we saw on their site (it sold the day before we got there) we got into a similar truck at a great price. We loved the atmosphere and how personable everyone was. Cliff did an awesome job getting us a great deal. Everyone was very knowledgeable and seemed very genuine. By far the best buying experience we have ever had. We will definitely be going back for our future vehicle purchases!
Horrible experience, spoke with Chris in used car sales. I asked about warranty on used and he said everything can be negotiated. I asked for all the pricing before I went to be sure there was no hidden fees, or forced packages. We test drove 2 vehicles loved one sat down to make a deal. Then I was told no warranty, (was just looking for at least 30 days) for the amount they wanted, and then I was shown a $750. fee they charged for their "inspection" , oil change and tire rotation that I was supposed to pay.
