I contacted Ed Miller Electric for information and a quote on providing a whole house generator. Ed spent time explaining my options. When we narrowed down the primary reason for backup generation was to ensure our sump pump would work during an outage when we were not home, he suggested considering a water powered backup sump as the most economical solution! We are very happy with the repair to our Generac that Ed Miller Electric performed. The service tech, Nate, was very friendly, professional and courteous. He explained everything that he was doing. He was very thorough and conscientious, and made sure everything worked perfectly before he left. He even brought some stones with him to re-level the Generac which had shifted because of construction work that was done on our house. I would definitely recommend Ed Miller Electric for Generac service.
