Amazing company. They’ve been doing maintenance on my generator for the past few years. They always come out quickly, are friendly, do good work, and clean up after themselves. Rates are reasonable. Recently had to call them out for an emergency visit when multiple circuits went out in my house. Every step of the process to getting our generator from Ed Miller was perfect. They were very responsive to my calls, had a competitive price, answered all my detailed questions (I'm an engineer and I had a lot of questions), and met all their commitment dates. The technicians who installed the unit finished in just four hours and power to the house was only off for two of those hours. They were both very knowledgeable and the installation is very neat. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about the experience.
Ed Miller and his team were extremely professional, responsive, and punctual throughout the entire process. Their workmanship was outstanding, and the quality of the installation was evident from start to finish. In fact, the inspector specifically commented on the excellent job their team had done.
