Every step of the process to getting our generator from Ed Miller was perfect. They were very responsive to my calls, had a competitive price, answered all my detailed questions (I'm an engineer and I had a lot of questions), and met all their commitment dates. The technicians who installed the unit finished in just four hours and power to the house was only off for two of those hours. They were both very knowledgeable and the installation is very neat. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about the experience.
