Engine coolant warning light came on during a hot August roadtrip - found Ed's garage (thanks to other great reviews), and called. He walked me through how to add water and get the 5 miles to the garage. Once there, they immediately pulled the vehicle into the bay and found that the engine fans had never been plugged in from the last mechanic, causing the engine to overheat and destroying my new head gaskets, a multi-day job to replace. BEWARE - They are no better than the auto service chains as far as charging extra for details that should have been included in the service price! Also, they charge for a 4-wheel alignment and only do a thrust alignment. Going back to NTB. AVOID!

I would reccomend this garage to anyone who is lookingg for real mechanics! They are very professional an treated me very well right from the start. As a new customer with a car emergency they took me right in and took care of my cars many problems, after they were done it felt like I had a new car and the cost was extremey reasonable. If you want your car fixed rigt the first time I highly reccomend Ed and his fine group of mechanics.
This place is wonderful!! I cannot overstate how great they are here. I will recommend this place to everyone I know if you want your care dine right do not go anywhere else these people are true masters of their craft. I would not trust anyone else with my car. Very fast and friendly! They got us in right away for an overdue inspection, very fast and friendly!
Drove all the way from NY with no AC looked up a local shop and spoke to Ed. He was so kind to fix my car (Nice and cool) personally have me delivered back to my hotel and drop me back. All this at a reasonable rate. In new York it would be at least 2 times the price. Nice people totally recommend.
