We depended on Ed Martinez' expertise and broad real estate knowledge to guide us through a difficult and lengthy process to liquidate a property jointly owned with siblings. I have purchased and sold a number of homes with Ed Martinez. He always handles himself with patience and professionalism and never pressures you to make a decision. I have always been satisfied with the final price and would highly recommend using him as an agent!
Ed was nice. He was friendly and supportive through closing, but unfortunately right after closing when we first were able to be in the house we discovered a number of issues that would have been known to the seller and should have been disclosed prior. The warranty that was added in "to protect us" is a joke and total waste of time and money. Very frustrating experience! Our list of issues to fix grows by the day.
