Made an appointment last week to come in today at 10am. I recieved confirmation text and emails, including a reminder text this morning. I showed up at 9:54, and waited for them to open. It is currently 10:51am and there is no one in sight. I've called the number that was sent via text this morning, it rang for a bit then the call disconnected. I called the number provided for the store by Google "memory is full". This is terrible business management and customer service. 0/10 do not reccomend. Thank you for wasting my time!
Jesse goes above and beyond in giving the client a pleasurable experience. Business minded but also has personality which creates ease while conducting the deal. Never let his go as it would be a disservice to the company.
Jesse was absolutely amazing. He helped go through my late mother's jewelry and found some good pieces. Definitely made us feel like valued customers. We'll be back for sure!
