Rachel was very helpful in resizing the bracelet for my watch. She took the time to ensure my watch resizing was just right after listening to my concerns. Military friendly as well. Would definitely recommend. I have visited the store twice now. Rachel takes time to ensure customers feel valued when discussing jewelry or watches that are important to them. She gives a fair and honest assessment of gold you are looking to sell and is very knowledgeable about watches and jewelry in general.
