I wish I would've seen these reviews and known this is who owns the rental next door before I bought my house to raise my kids in. The grass was knee high all summer while vacant. Now I have drug addicts living next door trashing the place and letting their kids run all over my property. CPS and the police have been there several times in the span of a few months and an ambulance has come to take the same person 3 times this month for overdosing. Liette is the slum lord King of Piqua. He let's his Tenants destroy the home they're renting, and allows them to destroy the neighbors property. I've asked Ed Liette multiple times to take care of the damage his tenant caused for over 3yrs now. I even talked to his son Doug, and they don't care. Make sure if you buy a home, it's not next door to one of his.
It would have been better if they would have had any openings.
