Awful, awful company and dealership. I reached out to the service manager, left a message but have yet to hear back. I contacted Ford Canada customer service and case number was issued about all the issues I have mentioned below. After FIVE WEEKS the person looking after my "case" was finally able to get an email from the dealer. It takes you THAT long to get in touch with people?
