Ed Lang was wonderful to work with. I was a first time homebuyer with no experience and he made me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands. He was very responsive to all of my questions and even helped me find a 10k grant to help with closing costs because he knew I was working with a budget! His efforts were tremendous and much appreciated as I am now in a home that I love!
Ed Land is a completely unprofessional and sneaky agent, if you see him on a listing and you are a buyer do not even consider, he will destroy you. However if you are seller i think he will eat up all the money from the buyer for you and his commission. Be aware who you’re dealing with.
Do not work with this agency and especially Ed Lang, my friend had a very bad experience with this agent, very opportunistic and untruthful. He changes his words all the time and wants to screw you over for his benefits and play games with you. He keeps changing the agreement that the seller agreed to in the first place, keep saying you need waive contingencies while he responded to the offer within a a few hours and said seller agrees and then the next day he comes around sayin oh btw there is another offer that waived insp... read more
