I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and as always, I was treated very good, Keith is always friendly and informs me on what was done and if anything needs to be done in the near future. I have always had a great experience at Ed Koehn from the service dept to sales. I was in and out in a reasonable time. Thank you so much for your continued great service!!!
Awesome experience. The staff is great, from the sales team to the service department. I will not go anywhere else. Alex Cruz made the buying process seamless. Keith in the service department always has time for what ever I need done.
I’ve never bought a car from here, but I use their parts department since it’s the closest Chevrolet Dealership for some miles. They usually have what I need in stock. I just used them to buy some glow plugs. They had to order in more, but they were available the next day. For these however, I was quoted $260 out the door the day before, but when I got there to pick them up, they wanted $369 - so I left them there and bought the same OEM plugs at the auto parts store for much cheaper.
Passive aggressive and rude service advisor/tech. Pretended to listen to what I’m saying/asking for and just continued to tell me I needed to set an appointment. My engine issue is intermittent, I can’t set an appointment and pay $100 for it to not be present on the day I bring it in. I understand that others have appointments and I can’t just “cut in line”, but if this issue needs checked while the engine light is flashing (which I’ve already been told from Chevy and my warranty!), then it needs diagnosed ASAP, which I’m ju... read more
