We made an appointment two weeks in advance. Took my wife's car in for warranty work 5 days ago, driver seat brackets and dashboard recall. When we arrived they have the wrong VIN number and vehicle on our work order. Since we were leaving the next morning on vacation we told them that they could hold until today so they would have plenty of time. Great people, great service! Bought a used vehicle, asked for some minor repairs as a contingency for purchase. They delivered everything we agreed on and did so cheerfully. We will be back.
I spend $1,000 for an extended warranty on a new 2014 mazda 6. When I found a problem with the car and took it in they keep me there for an hour and then finally told me my warranty doesn't cover it. Really disappointed!!
