When I was unable to resolve my maintenance issues at the dealership where I purchased my Lincoln, I took it to ED Howard. The Service Personnel went way beyond what I had expected in resolving my problem. They worked with Lincoln and were able to obtain the part I needed in spite of there being a nationwide backorder.
