This is my first time here at EdHicks Nissan. And What I have to say about this place is they went beyond the call of duty.. especially Adrian Rangel.Always made us feel welcomed and made sure we left with a vehicle even though I didn't have any credit what so ever. But I got my car. Once again, Adrian Rangel..God bless you and your family. Your off to being a good salesman. I took my car in for regular maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) this morning at 7:30 a.m. I expected the work would be done by noon. I called about 12:30 to find out the status, and was told they haven’t started work on it. When I asked when it would be done the answer I received was “sometime today”. If I didn’t have a prepaid maintenance plan, I would not take my car here.
We love Ed Hicks Nissan! Billy Scales has been our salesman for many years now. Great communication and always a smooth process we when see him! Thank you Billy!!!
