***SEE UPDATED REVIEW BELOW - SPOILER ALERT - STILL GARBAGE!!!***Service department is garbage....acts like it's a problem to honor the damn warranty I pay for. Minor issues are passed off as "normal" and it's a problem to get the service I deserve. Not to mention half done work which causes more inconvenience. Luxury vehicle with not so luxury service. Makes me want to buy a Lexus instead. Advise everyone to avoid at all costs. Damn shame, the vehicles are beautiful.

Really professional I love my Infiniti Q50. From the sales to auto service no one beats there friendly customer service!!!!
Took my Qx60 in for its first oil change and tire rotation service staff was really friendly explained everything that was done when the work was completed. My salesman Andrew Jones made it a point to come speak to me when he saw me asked if I had any questions about the vehicle. The finance manager Marco Gonzalez also to some time to come over and speak to me about the vehicle.
