The installers were exemplary. They asked questions whenever there was a choice of placement and were extremely courteous. The installation was beautiful.
Greg was professional, courteous and performed tests to be able to diagnose the problem. He added refrigerant. I am glad I will be able to enjoy cool air this coming summer.
The customer service and professionalism were top notch. Our calls were answered promptly, our invoices were straight-forward with no hidden fees, and we got what we were promised at a very competitive price. We are very happy customers.
The crew arrived on time, and accomplished so much , I am thrilled . Everyone was courteous and no nonsense about getting the work done. Ed went out of his way(and under the house) to make sure the wiring would work for the placement of the condenser in the area I preferred. I was really happy we didn’t have to disturb any interior walls. The team worked so well together and so efficiently , I got a new A/C as well as a new mini split all in 5 hours. I would definitely recommend !
