I have dealt with this business in purchasing my vehicles from them in previous years. This last purchase/process of a vehicle has been a harrowing experience. I am still awaiting a license plate for my car that was purchased 11 months ago. The responsibility for registering my car with the *** falls upon the dealership and should have taken place no more than 3 months after the purchase. I have been trying to get a resolution on the payoff on a vehicle I traded for a newer one! The finance company has taken me to collections its been four months they keep telling me yes yes they send a check and the finance company says no they havent received not one dime from them and I am still in collections I have called and called and called to no avail! Or they dont answer the phone! I would like them to either Pay off the old car that I traded in Ill give me my car back and take this new were one back
