My Truck set at Ed Corley ford for two months. I had agreed to a service contract with his service department, at the end when they couldn't fix my truck, Ed Corley Jr. Change the contract from shop labor rate to hourly rate, so, he could justify stealing 675 dollars from me, that I paid up front for the repairs to my truck. One of the biggest CROOKS in Grants NM for sure. Keep your money, find a honest dealer.
Buy someplace else! Rip off business! Their service is absolutely terrible! They add the extended service contract to the car payment then tell you they are giving you the extended service for free. Don't buy anything here! Shop around, you will get a much better deal someplace else. I found the same truck in Albuquerque for $6,000 LESS!!!
WORST PLACE TO BUY A TRUCK!!! Rude managers! Told me I needed a co signer, but was approved at 2 other dealerships WITHOUT A COSIGNER! Buy your truck in Gallup or Farmington! Don't buy here!
Service Dept is unreliable and in no way do what they tell you will be done or finish the work when the say. Part ordered to fix vehicle sat in service bay floor for over a week before being installed. Part was not ordered until second request and pressure was applied. This service department is either inefficient or incompident. Not sure which.
