John and the Ed Carrroll staff are above a 10. John went above and beyond to get the Q7 that fit us the best. His product knowledge is second to none. They delivered a new vehicle in outstanding condition, as John knew I was very picky.
Due to some unexpected personal events in 2022, we needed to trade in our 2019 Subaru Ascent for something else, since we didn't owe anything on it and needed the equity in cash. We recently purchased a VW ID. 4 from Ed Carroll. Their sales people are knowledgeable, friendly and very low key. We were never pressured, something for which I am very grateful. Our vehicle has been subject to one recall and we also had to have service performed to correct a minor assembly related issue. Audi of Ft. Colin’s is great to work with!! Especially Kat, the salesperson I worked with. She was very responsive to all my questions and worked really hard to work a deal that I felt was really reasonable!! She researched how much delivery would be out of state, and was very honest about costs and informed me of rebates they could offer. In contrast, I did not receive this type of service within my own state.
Buying a Porsche in the current environment is a journey in time and Phil Meyer was there each step along the way to keep me updated during the 11 month process from getting the allocation for a 718 Spyder to the build and delivery process. Lane Trujillo was also great in helping us to complete a partial remote execution of the paperwork. Excellent dealership!
